Artist Open House Fremantle, November 2015 /
Well that was a huge weekend! Sooo many people!!! I am little overwhelmed with the lovely comments about my work and very pleased that four of my works have gone to new homes. One of these works was purchased by the home owners of which the paintings were displayed in. I am so very happy that this one in particular will stay with this gorgeous family.
The line to enter our venue on the Sunday.
Finishing touches /
Now hanging at the Artist Open House Fremantle 2015.

For those of you who don't already know, I was lucky enough to pick up the peoples choice award for the 2012 Mandorla Art Award. Yay!! It was a lovely experience travelling up to New Norcia to receive the prize from the Benedictine community of Holy Trinity Abbey and see their beautifull home. Thankyou to all who organised this exciting show.

New Paintings uploaded! /
This painting is titled "Alluring" and it was exhibited at the City Of Cockburn Show Off exhibition 2012. Along with the Portrait "Olivia". It was a good night with some great work on show.
New Images up on site /
Hey all I've put up some new images, 'Olivia' (under portraits). Olivia was a child who lived next door to us in Port Douglas QLD.
Detail from Diego Velazquez's"Infante Felipe Prosper" of which I painted a while ago for a bit of fun. Velasquez was a Spanish artist who painted for King Phillip IV in his court, producing many portraits of the Spanish royal family. I so admire Velazquez's work, you should check him out!
Also there is 'Peddling toy' (both under 'Other')
More to follow soon!

On The Way To Mossman /
This painting sold at the exhibition which is wonderful, though I was sad to see it go!
'Travelling' and 'On the way to Mossman' uploaded /
These paintings along with 'Joshua' from the portraits area have been uploaded to the site. These 3 paintings are currently displayed in the City of Cockburns 'Show Off' exhibition until the 8th of May. The opening was a great success, although numbers were slightly down due to the royal wedding - understandable!
